TownePlace Suites Pottsville.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpet/floor cleaning, plumbing, caulking etc.
Understands and executes preventative maintenance in all guest rooms and public areas and ensure that the hotel is in brand compliance.
Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised and maintain high standards while being sensitive to time deadlines.
Report major repair needs to the General Manager.
Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems, room furniture, fixtures and other items in the hotel.
Greeting guests in hallways in a pleasant and friendly manner.
Ensure guest privacy is respected and confidential.
The minimum qualifications for the maintenance worker position are:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to perform job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
Ability to perform frequent and repetitive movements, including bending and stooping.
Must be able to lift and carry heavy loads.
Must be organized and be able to perform multiple tasks at one time.
Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
