Inbound Sales Representative – Townsquare Interactive
Location: In-office role at our Uptown Charlotte office
Fuel New Business with Marketing-Driven Leads!
As an Inbound Sales Representative at Townsquare Interactive, you’ll step directly into warm conversations—engaging with leads pre-qualified by our Inbound Marketing Representatives. From there, you’ll take the reins: running in-depth needs analyses, leading tailored demos, and closing new business. You’ll also manage your pipeline by following up with previously engaged prospects and keeping momentum strong. With a daily flow of marketing-driven leads and no account management responsibilities, your focus stays right where it should be—on driving new revenue.

What You’ll Do
- Receive and engage warm, pre-qualified leads from our Inbound Marketing Representatives
- Conduct thorough needs analyses to understand business pain points and align our solutions
- Run virtual product demonstrations and guide prospects toward becoming new clients
- Manage your personal sales pipeline, including follow-up on past opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of all activity and pipeline progress in the CRM
- Collaborate with sales leadership to optimize sales strategy and lead conversion effort
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Prior success in inbound sales, consultative selling, or closing warm leads (preferred)
- High energy, strong listening skills, and the ability to quickly build rapport
- Coachability, resilience, and the drive to continuously improve
- Excellent communication and virtual presentation skills
- A BA/BS degree (preferred but not required)
