South Dade KIA of Miami is hiring a Service Technician to join our growing team. The purpose of this role is to inspect, maintain, and repair automobiles that run on electricity, gasoline, or alternative fuels like ethanol. The Service Technician will diagnose complex problems and plans and execute vehicle repairs.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Performs work specified on a repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
- Test-drives vehicles and tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
- Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisors so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed and provides an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 5 year of experience in Service department
- Experience with Hyundai or KIA preferred
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work on feet for extended periods of time
- Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record
- Complete Pre-employment Background check and Drug Screening

Salary : $62,700 - $79,400
