What are the responsibilities and job description for the Change Management Planner position at Toyota Material Handling?
Toyota Material Handling is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team in Production Control as a Change Management Planner. This position will be responsible to create and follow a variety of standard processes in the daily management of production support while making process decisions. Associate will implement Engineering Change Instructions through coordinating the setup of the supply chain of a part while reducing risk to production during implementation.
Key Responsibilitie
- sAbility to create, train, and teach complex written instructions with a priority on accuracy for process
- .Managing projects, implementing new systems, processes, or other system improvements
- .Knowledge in parts management, Conveyance, and BOM management, and understanding of manufacturing processe
- sExperience utilizing tools of the Toyota Production System including but not limited to: Kanban, Junjo, Heijunka
- .General knowledge of iSeries/SAP/database management
- .A positive and learning attitude with focus on process improvement
- .The ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) on detailed process and production related items
- .Ability to work with and lead cross-functional teams
- .The ability to break down complex problems and create/implement solutions
- .Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
- .Additional duties as assigned
