Your Purpose as a Sales Director:

  • Hires, leads, develops, motivates, coaches, and monitors the performance of all sales team members
  • Ensures accurate inventory levels through Ordering/acquiring new and used vehicles
  • Ensures all displays, merchandise, and promotes new and used vehicles are maintained to company and manufacture expectation
  • Responsible for all paperwork involved with the sale of the vehicle, including obtaining customer signatures and securing payoff and insurance information
  • Serves as liaison between the sales department and other departments
  • Develop and monitor guidelines for working with customers to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
  • Conducts business in an ethical and professional manner
  • Maintains a professional appearance
  • Other duties as assigned by Management

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
  • 3 years of sales business operational experience
  • Advanced knowledge of operational sales processes and function
  • Experience building consumer relationships and maintaining extensive customer service
  • Excellent time management, detail-oriented, organizational, problem- solving abilities required
