Parts Specialist

ToyotaLift Northeast, LLC is a leading distributor of material handling products and has an excellent opportunity for a Parts Counter Professional. ToyotaLift has 7 locations throughout MD, DE, Eastern Pa, South Jersey and upstate NY. Requirements/Skills:

• Submit cover letter and resume
• 1-3 years’ experience with automotive or industrial equipment a plus
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Safe work ethics at all times
• Must be computer literate with basic computer skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment with a focus on attention to detail
• Moderate Lifting
• Self-Motivated and work to accomplish company goals
• Quick learner
• Ability to travel between branches as needed. (Mileage, lodging, and food included)
• Background screening, Pre-Employment physical with drug screening, driving history screening

Duties:

• Posting of Van technicians paperwork daily, verifying write up matches parts used and that all parts are charged on work orders. Must be detail oriented, accurate and timely in posting.
• Waiting on parts customers at the counter and answering phone orders and ensuring the ToyotaLift technicians have the proper parts on their vans
• Provide backup assistance to the other Parts Specialist
• Insure customer orders are delivered as promised, notify customers of back ordered parts & ETA
• Prepare parts and tire quotes for our CSS and customers
• Pull truck stock for road technicians & post parts on all service jobs
• Replenish van stock as needed
• May include pick up and/or delivery of parts
• Assist with shipping and receiving as needed
