What are the responsibilities and job description for the ACCOUNTING SERVICE ADMIN position at TP Mechanical?
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Enter and process all service payables invoices in a timely and accurate manner, including routing through the company’s paperless system.
- Weekly and monthly processing of AR invoices.
- Weekly job costing in the service software.
- Weekly credit and adjustments for AR and AP.
- Weekly payroll hours reviews for accuracy.
- Must be able to travel to other TP offices on occasion.
- Monthly Balancing between Accounting software and Service software.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience/Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in accounting.
- Prior employment with a Service Contractor a plus.
- Perfectware Software or Computer Ease Accounting knowledge helpful.
- Job Skills:
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical skills.
- Ability to handle a large volume of work.
- Education:
- High School or GED Equivalent
- Special Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License.
