Green Mill Restaurant & Best Western Conference Center
TPI Hospitality, Minnesota’s leading hospitality company, is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Executive Chef to lead culinary operations at the Green Mill and Best Western Conference Center in Fairmont, MN. This role includes overseeing restaurant operations, managing onsite catering for conferences and events, and offsite catering opportunities.
As Executive Chef, you’ll lead a talented kitchen team, maintain high food quality standards, manage costs and labor, and deliver exceptional dining experiences for both restaurant guests and catered events. You’ll work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth operations and uphold TPI’s core values.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, train, and inspire the kitchen team
- Maintain food quality, safety, and consistency
- Manage kitchen operations, inventory, food and labor costs
- Oversee onsite catering and help grow offsite catering services
- Ensure an outstanding guest experience at every touchpoint
- Collaborate with the GM to meet operational goals
