- Meet and exceed lead generation and sales targets through new business development efforts.
- Qualify, nurture, and manage prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Conduct outbound prospecting activities through phone calls, emails, and social media to identify potential clients.
- Manage inbound leads from TrebleHook's marketing campaigns and follow up with timely outreach.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions in Salesforce CRM, ensuring proper tracking of lead activities and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote live and online events to potential customers.
- Communicate potential customer needs and requirements clearly to the sales team to ensure successful handoff.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent customer service, organization, and multitasking abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo is a plus.
- Comfortable with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and X for prospecting and outreach activities.
