The Assistant Planner's primary responsibilities consist of supporting the Planning team in the development on compelling, insight-rich, commerce strategies.

Opportunity
The Assistant Planner's primary responsibilities consist of supporting the Planning team in the development on compelling, insight-rich, commerce strategies.
What you'll do:
- Mine for and research relevant data that can be used to develop communication strategies.
- Begin to develop a curiosity for the terms, techniques, and definitions of commerce and retail, both physical sales as well as e-commerce, social commerce and commerce technologies.
- Highlight and frame shopper insights with guidance from Planner to uncover compelling insights.
- Aid the Planning team to structure clear commerce strategies that align to the ask, challenge and insight.
- Develop constructive relationships with cross functional teams.
- Actively participate in brainstorms via the delivery of stimulus and points of view.
- Actively learn the methods and techniques needed for qualitative and quantitative research and analytics.
- Strategic planning internship in consumer marketing and/or agency preferred. Commerce experience a huge plus.
- High level of intellectual curiosity.
- Highly organized, flexible, with strong time-management skills.
- Detail oriented, able to multitask and prioritize activities.
- Self-starter, with strong initiative.
