We’re looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager who helps keep TR Miller an employer of choice by promoting our core values and providing support for our employees.


Responsibilities


  • The HR Manager will administer employee benefits packages including enrollment and changes.
  • Help facilitate the performance management process.
  • Manages internal records which may include preparing, issuing, and filing company documentation (e.g. sick leave, FMLA, etc.)
  • Assist with the talent acquisition and onboarding process for new employees.
  • Participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Facilitate the employee engagement survey.
  • Coordinate safety training and compliance.
  • Maintains knowledge of regulatory changes, best practices, and new technology in human resources.


Pay and Benefits


  • Pay: $55,000 - $72,000 per year
  • Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Skills and experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • The ideal HR Manager has three or more years of human resources experience
  • Experience with payroll is preferred
  • Proficient with or ability to quickly learn employee management software
