We’re looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager who helps keep TR Miller an employer of choice by promoting our core values and providing support for our employees.
Responsibilities
- The HR Manager will administer employee benefits packages including enrollment and changes.
- Help facilitate the performance management process.
- Manages internal records which may include preparing, issuing, and filing company documentation (e.g. sick leave, FMLA, etc.)
- Assist with the talent acquisition and onboarding process for new employees.
- Participates in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
- Facilitate the employee engagement survey.
- Coordinate safety training and compliance.
- Maintains knowledge of regulatory changes, best practices, and new technology in human resources.
Pay and Benefits
- Pay: $55,000 - $72,000 per year
- Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- The ideal HR Manager has three or more years of human resources experience
- Experience with payroll is preferred
- Proficient with or ability to quickly learn employee management software
