Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabricating and operating sewing machines, with a strong background in garment construction. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products while maintaining safety and operational standards.
Duties
- Programing production sheets into the appropriate machine
- Operate embroidery machines
- Loading thread to match rotation sheet and inspecting for accuracy
- Loading and unloading each machine with specially designed jigs that hold hats/apparel that is embroidered
- Performing minor machine repairs and keeping supplies and work area clean and organized
Requirements
- Be able to work the morning shift from M-F 6a-2:30p
- Able to stay on your feet for entire shift
- Ability to pass a background test
- Occasionally lift heavy boxes/objects (up to 50 lbs)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic reading and verbal communication skills
