Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (income
statement, balance sheet, cash flow)
● Manage the month-end close process and ensure accurate and timely reporting
● Perform financial consolidations across multiple entities
● Oversee and reconcile accounts receivable
● Handle vendor relationships, including vendor discounts, security deposits, and cash
disbursements
● Support budgeting and forecasting in partnership with the Controller
● Assist with audit preparation and internal controls compliance
● Lead process improvements to streamline reporting and system workflows
● Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support the financial strategy
● Assisting the Accounting Controller with payroll
What will make you Successful
● Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
● CPA preferred
● 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience
● Proficiency in GAAP, reconciliation, and reporting
● Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset
● Working knowledge of accounting systems (Great Plains and QuickBooks a plus)
● Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
● Excellent communication and organizational skills
