We’re Looking for an ‘A’ Player

Tractor Zoom is hiring a self-motivated and proactive Customer Success Manager to join the Customer Success team focusing on our Partners.


If you are a Customer Success Manager experienced in Ag Equipment and/or SaaS companies and would like to take a step forward in your professional career, come join the Customer Success team at Tractor Zoom! We are implementing and building CS best practices while creating value for our customers as their trusted advisors.


Responsibilities

  • Building meaningful relationships with customers at all levels including C-level Executives as a trusted advisor to support and provide consultation
  • Ensure customers derive maximum value from Tractor Zoom, utilize all of their solutions, and collaborate with other Tractor Zoom stakeholder teams to ensure adoption and a successful renewal
  • Monitor customer usage data, health indicators, renewals, and growth opportunities and translate them into strategies for success
  • Develop an understanding of typical business challenges faced by customers and appropriately map Tractor Zoom features and associated business benefits to address their needs
  • Become the “voice of the customer”, working with the product team to adjust and build future features and help build the Tractor Zoom Product roadmap
  • Other duties as assigned


Requirements

  • 5 years of experience working as a Customer Success Manager, preferably at a B2B SaaS company
  • Proven experience and success in growing a book of business of accounts while driving value, crushing numbers, and creating a meaningful rapport with champions and key stakeholders
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and writing skills
  • Incredibly organized, quick learner who works well under pressure and exceeds targets
  • Strong knowledge of the agriculture or heavy machinery market is a plus
