Opportunity Highlights

What will you do? Make an impact!
As a Plant Field Services Project Lead with Tradebe, you will be working out of the East Chicago Processing Plant to provide our industrial cleaning and remediation services within each department. You will be leading other team members such as vac-truck operators and process helpers who are working on the project/clean-up. The position is required to be on-call on weekends in the event of unforeseen/unscheduled spills, clean-up remediations or equipment blockages.
Key Job Responsibilities:
Lead daily field operations and supervise assigned crew members
Ensure compliance with EHS, DOT, and OSHA standards
Conduct site safety meetings and monitor PPE usage
Operate and maintain heavy equipment (e.g., 20K water blaster, line jetting tools, skid steers, etc.)
Perform hands-on work including tank cleaning, sump work, and waste handling
Maintain daily logs, complete project paperwork, and manage supplies
Serve in the on-call rotation for spill response and equipment issues
Perform confined space work and wear supplied-air respirators as needed
Do you have what it takes?
High school diploma or GED
1 year of experience leading industrial or tank cleaning work
Emergency response experience required
Valid driver’s license; CDL preferred
Comfortable supervising crews and performing physical labor
Strong communication skills and attention to safety protocols
