We are looking for an experienced Administrator who is searching to do what they'll love - approving, updating, and monitoring leaves of absence! Do you have experience in administering leaves of absence? Do you love food? If so, read on! We may have the role of a lifetime for you!
Trader Joe's is unlike any place you've ever worked. Trust us on that. The qualified individual has at least 5 years of related work experience and is a raving fan of the Trader Joe's concept. A Bachelor's Degree is preferred. This role is based in our office in Monrovia, CA.
The Leave of Absence Administrator is responsible for:
- Processes high volume daily leave activity from Trader Joe's leave management system, AbsenceSoft, and verify status updates in Trader Joe's HRIS system, Dayforce..
- Act as the primary customer service representatives for crew members and store leadership with leave questions.
- Assist HR Generalists, the Benefits team, and the Safety team with researching leave cases.
- Interact with AbsenceSoft and Dayforce support teams on issues related to system updates and system maintenance.
- Generate reports as requested.
- Conduct audits in AbsenceSoft and Dayforce for accurate case management.
The qualified individual has:
- Knowledge in the area of leaves of absence, FMLA, ADA, and USERRA.
- Experience working with Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet browsers, and leave management software is required. is required.
