Our service, more specifically, provides market advice, commentary, and risk management strategies as well as a mobile app for all our current customers.
Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Account Representative to sell our service to new and existing clients either by cold calling or answering requests in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for influencing potential customers to sign up for a free trial of our services, and eventually convert the trial into a paid subscriber.
A successful Sales Account Manager must be friendly and persuasive. You must be able to understand the customer’s requirements in a short time and present solutions that meet their needs.
Duties & responsibilities:
- Management of sales list/tasks
- Outbound calling 60 dials per day
- Data entry/record keeping in Salesforce
- Attend/participate in regular sales meetings
- Communicate with sales team/sales manager
- Self-motivated
- Detail-oriented
Skills:
Willingness to learn is a must. We are looking for someone with good time management skills and the ability to perform without close guidance. Attention to detail, strong communication skills and organizational skills are all things we need in someone.
Experience:
Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role is preferred. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas preferably over the phone.
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs such as CRMs, and telephone systems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in English
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- Persistent and results-oriented
- Patient and able to handle customer rejection
- High school diploma; secondary education is a plus but not required
- Experience working in a sales environment (in-person or telemarketing)
Compensation:
Compensation is an hourly wage plus commission with no cap on commission earnings. Top earners make over six figures.

Hours:
This is a full-time, in-office position. 37.5 hours requirement and must be in the office 9-3:30 with flexibility to create your own schedule.
