TradeWinds Island Resorts is seeking a Concierge to enhance the Guest experience by catering to our Guests' every need. This includes, but is not limited to: answering questions about the area, providing assistance with business arrangements, dining reservations, daily activities, local vendors and local attractions.
**LOCAL RESIDENCY ONLY, PLEASE**
Minimum Requirements:

- Resort Guest Service experience is strongly preferred but not required
- Extremely familiar with St. Pete Beach and surrounding areas
- Working knowledge of maintaining a presence at the Concierge desk
- Able to be on your feet for extended hours
- Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as they are our busiest times.
- Proven ability to handle a large workload while exceeding Guest expectations
- Exemplary phone skills are required
- Proven ability to display a warm, inviting personality in a professional and courteous way
- Demonstrated experience with problem solving skills
