Duties
- Engage with customers to promote products and services effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.

- Collect data on customer interactions and feedback for analysis.
- Assist in event marketing efforts, including planning and execution of promotional events.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all attendees.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align promotional strategies with sales goals.
- Utilize bilingual skills to communicate with diverse customer groups when necessary.
Experience
- Previous experience in sales or event marketing is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food service industry practices is a plus.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
- Experience in social media management to drive engagement and reach.
- Strong data collection skills for analyzing customer interactions and feedback.
- A background in customer service will be beneficial in enhancing customer relations.
