Dickies Arena is a 14,000 seat, spectacular multipurpose venue located adjacent to the Will Rogers Memorial Center campus in Fort Worth, Texas. The arena will be owned by the City of Fort Worth and managed by the not-for-profit operating entity, Trail Drive Management Corp (TDMC). The state-of-the-art arena, scheduled to open in November 2019, will host concerts, sporting events and family entertainment, and will be the new home to Fort Worth Stock Show rodeo performances.

Dickies Arena is looking to hire a Part-Time AM Banquet/Production Cook ($14-18/hr commensurate with experience ) to join our team!
Primary Objective of Position:
Assist the chefs and cooks with all banquet preparations/ restaurant mis en place while delivering quality products. Successfully execute food preparation according to recipe specifications. Morning position with flexible hours. In-person and predictable attendance.
Experience and Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate is kind, positive, and works well with others. They also believe in quality, consistency and working clean and organized. Seeking second job/ extra hours.
- Must have 1 years minimum cooking experience.
- Oversite of 1-3 Team Members
- Self-driven/ self-motivated
- Must have flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to read banquet BEOs
- Must be positive, collaborative, and committed to healthy communication and quality work
