What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Trails End Taphouse & Restaurant?
Summary of Position:
Trails End Taphouse & Restaurant is looking to add new talent to our front of house team in anticipation of a busy summer season.

New Teammates hired for serving position will be expected to train through our hosting and expo positions before serving and will be able to work these shifts as needed.
- Going above and beyond for our guests and fellow teammates.
- Knowledge of our food menu, as well as our tap and wine lists.
- Ability to guide guests to suitable options based on their food beer or wine preferences.
- Ring orders accurately using proper procedure within the POS system.
- Take ownership of all tables and guests in your section.
- Maintain a clean working environment.
- Stock items in server stations through the shift and as part of daily side work.
- Perform general cleaning tasks according to side work lists as well as on an as needed basis.
- Always maintain a courteous and welcoming attitude with guests and fellow team members.
- Handle and store food properly.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a serving or bartending position if applying for server position
- Server and bartending applicants must be 21 years of age.
- Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, BOH and FOH employees.
- Must have or acquire Washington Food Worker's Card & M.A.S.T. Permit.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
