trak group is partnering with a fast-growing, well-capitalized organization to hire a Skilled Trades Recruiter to support nationwide hiring during a period of rapid expansion. This role is ideal for a recruiter who understands skilled trades at every level, thrives in high-volume environments, and enjoys building strong hiring manager partnerships across multiple markets.
You’ll play a key role in scaling the workforce, shaping recruiting strategy, and supporting continued growth across the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for skilled trades roles ranging from field-level professionals to senior leadership
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions
- Recruit nationwide using job boards, direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and trade-specific channels
- Screen and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and fit
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled trades talent
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide regular recruiting updates
- Travel as needed, particularly early on, to build alignment and trust with hiring leaders
- Maintain accurate candidate records and activity tracking within the ATS
- Stay current on labor market trends and skilled trades hiring challenges
- Ensure a responsive, positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications:
- Proven experience recruiting skilled trades professionals at high volume
- Experience recruiting across multiple markets nationwide
- Strong understanding of skilled trades roles and labor market dynamics
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel as needed to support hiring manager partnerships
