Position Overview

We are currently hiring PRN Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team. This flexible role supports individuals in their daily routines and community activities. Shifts vary and may include mornings, days, evenings, and weekends depending on the needs of the individuals served.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on support with daily living tasks (hygiene, meals, mobility, etc.)
• Follow individualized service and behavior plans
• Engage individuals in community outings and activities
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation
• Ensure the safety, dignity, and rights of all individuals supported

Schedule:

• PRN (as needed)
• Must be available for a variety of shifts including mornings, day, night, and weekends

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience as a DSP or caregiver preferred but not required
• Valid PA driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background checks (PA State Police, FBI fingerprinting, ChildLine)
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (can be obtained after hire)
