Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team. Duties
- Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Perform catheter care and venipuncture procedures with precision and adherence to safety protocols.
- Monitor patients’ vital signs and health status, reporting any changes to the medical team.
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding health management, including infection control practices.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in hospital medicine and case management for comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with hospital policies and regulations.
- Participate in travel nursing assignments as needed, adapting quickly to new environments and protocols.
- Engage in specialized areas such as ophthalmology or dementia care when required.
Experience
- A valid RN license is required; experience in a clinical setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with laboratory procedures and hospital medicine is advantageous.
- Previous experience in case management or travel nursing is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective patient interaction.
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
