Read on!As an Operations Associate, you can expect to:Independently manage tasks and prepare for weekly task review meeting with AdvisorsProvide direct support to the clientsResolve client issues in a timely and effective mannerNew Account and service processing including, preparation, review and follow up on all forms and applicationsComplete all paperwork pertaining to maintenance and service of client accounts accurately and in a timely mannerEnter trades as directed, reviewing when settled to ensure accuracyOrganize and maintain all client online records, CRM records and Commonwealth Advisor docsDesire to efficiently systemize and improve team workflowsDevelop processes and procedures for all responsibilities of jobUse excellent customer service skills to build client relationshipsAnswer phone and emails and handle all client operational issues within capacityUse Commonwealth's systems, COMMunity Link, Client 360 efficientlyProvide general planning and operations support to Advisors and staffQualifications for this role include:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree preferredSeries 65 and Series 7 is desirable but not essentialMinimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or client service role in the financial services industry is requiredMinimum of 1-2 years in the roleTechnical competencyGreat familiarity with a variety of the financial service field's concepts, practices, and proceduresExceptional organizational skills; ability to multi-task in a dynamic environmentComfort with being a “team player” and doing whatever is needed, big or smallMust seek training and keep up to date on the latest office programs and procedures to maintain the highest level of competency within the workplaceAble to manage and get along with diverse personalitiesProfessional appearance and demeanerWell-developed interpersonal skillsAttention to detail with a perfectionist's eyeA willingness to succeed!Strong computer desktop skills are required: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook,Word and Power Point)Get in touch today so that we can get to know you!
