Overseeing all aspects of coordination with customers and their allies
• Ensuring that every customer trip is scheduled, confirmed, and provided within contract guidelines
• Ensure the proper documentation and communication of passenger no-shows
• Investigating and responding to all customer complaints, monitoring and supervising customer service staff interactions with customers
• Supervise staff to ensure ongoing training and compliance with protected health information privacy and security requirements
• Works closely with the HIPAA Security Officer to ensure administrative, physical, and technical safeguards remain appropriate and operable
