Job Overview
Transform Wellness Clinic in Los Gatos is seeking a reliable, energetic, and compassionate Medical Assistant to provide temporary coverage during a maternity leave from May 6 through August 26.
We are an concierge integrative and longevity-focused medical practice offering personalized care, advanced diagnostics, and preventive wellness services. This role is ideal for a Medical Assistant who enjoys building relationships with patients, supporting a physician-led clinical environment, and contributing to an efficient, welcoming clinic experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and rooming
- Obtain vital signs, medication lists, and relevant health history
- Support the provider during visits, wellness evaluations, and follow-up appointments
- Perform clinical tasks such as injections, EKGs, and specimen handling (as trained)
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Support scheduling, patient communication, and care coordination
- Stock and organize exam rooms, supplies, and clinical inventory
- Support non-invasive BTL wellness procedures (such as Emsculpt Neo, Exomind), including patient setup, education, and comfort monitoring
- Help ensure smooth daily clinic flow and excellent patient experience
Qualifications / Skills
- Medical Assistant certification or equivalent clinical experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient service skills
- Comfortable in a small, fast-moving outpatient practice environment
- Familiarity with EHR systems and basic clinical documentation
- Highly organized, dependable, and professional
- Interest in integrative medicine, wellness, or longevity care is a bonus
- BTL device experience is a bonus (training provided as needed)
