What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry/Customer Service Second Shift position at Transport Express?
Here we grow again! Growing transportation company has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Second Shift 3:00pm to 11:30pm.
Duties will include computer data entry, taking customer calls, and answering emails etc. Fast and accurate computer typing skills needed with good customer service phone skills. Knowledge of Excel and Word would be a plus!
Applicant should have computer data entry skills, possess good people skills, be a problem solver and have a good work ethic. Transportation experience a plus, but not required.
