Transport Refrigeration Inc., your local Thermo King Dealership, is seeking a Parts Clerk for our De Pere, WI warehouse. The ideal candidate will have experience with automotive or heavy-duty truck and trailer parts inventory. Strong computer skills and attention to detail are a must! This is a great position for hard-working individuals looking to expand their careers within the transportation industry. Currently working nights and weekends? Job Duties:
- Provides excellent customer service
- Tracks, orders, and reconciles parts inventory
- Distributes and records parts with our service technicians
- Assembles customer and OEM parts
- Inputs counter invoicing and quotes information using MAS system
- Check-in inventory and stock shelves
- Operates a forklift to load and unload trailers
- Additional duties as needed
Job Qualifications:
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Completion of a high school education or equivalent
- Must hold a clean and valid driver’s license
- Willing to complete a forklift certification course
- Ability to quickly learn and use proprietary software systems
- Demonstrates the ability to use Microsoft Outlook e-mail
- Demonstrates a professional appearance and demeanor at all times
- Considerate and respectful attitude toward both internal and external customers
- Highly motivated to do what it takes to get the job done
- Ability to work overtime when busy
- Willingness to travel for training
- Can work well with others and be a team player
- Ability to follow safety standards
