As a Customer Sales - Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for the 3PL arm of TSA. Responsibilities:
Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and grow relationships at multiple levels within customer and supplier organizations.
- Use effective negotiation and sales strategies during solution pricing and selling discussions with customers.
Consultative Sales Approach:
- Execute a consultative sales approach, offering innovative solutions to both new and existing customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to uncover opportunities for improved efficiencies and continuous improvement.
Market Awareness:
- Stay informed about industry market trends, competition, products, services, and pricing.
- Conduct consistent customer reviews to adapt to business and industry changes.
Exceptional Customer Experience:
- Deliver a positive customer experience through proactive communication and timely responses.
- Utilize CRM tools to organize and track business development activities.
Networking and Lead Generation:
- Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services.
- Actively contribute new leads and opportunities to the sales pipeline through existing relationships, cold calling, and innovative prospecting.
Proposal Preparation:
- Prepare formal responses to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Database Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM database regarding all sales contacts and accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 5 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics.
- Proven success in business development.
- Strong negotiation skills and consultative selling approach.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt to changes.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to achieve company goals.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools.

The expected base salary for this role ranges is $65,000-$80,000 commissions. The actual compensation is determined based on various factors such as job-related knowledge, location, skills, and experience.
