What You'll Do: As a TransWest Driver, you’ll be responsible for transporting business clients to and from scheduled routes safely, reliably and with exceptional customer service. Our corporate commuter vehicles include shuttles, vans and buses.

Our Current Driving Wages:

• CDL Drivers earn up to $29.50 per hour * depending on experience and route premiums
• $2 hourly pay premium when driving a school bus route
• $1 hourly pay premium when driving a motorcoach route
• Annual pay raises starting at $0.75 per hour (with increasing raise amounts based on years of service)

What Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

• Being professional and safety-minded at all times

• Performing daily DOT inspections on assigned equipment
• Driving a fixed route with scheduled pick-up and drop-off locations for passengers

• Providing excellent customer service

• Maintaining shuttle, van or bus cleanliness

What’s Required to Drive:

• Must be at least 21 years of age

• Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

• Must pass pre-employment DOT drug test

• Enjoy people and excel at customer service

• Able to communicate proficiently in English

• Able to work independently, yet able to take direction

• Able to pass a criminal background check

• CDL Class A, B or C

• Passenger Endorsement

• Current/Active DOT Medical Card
