What are the responsibilities and job description for the General Manager position at Trattoria Amalfi?
Shoreline Hospitality, a growing restaurant group currently operating The Mariner, Via Emilia, and Bar Emilia restaurants is looking for an experienced General Manager to join our Mystic team.
Trattoria Amalfi is our new coastal Italian concept opening in March 2023 across from the Mystic Aquarium in Mystic Village.
If you are passionate about food and beverage and love to make every guest happy, we may have a job for you. We are looking for an autonomous leader who can run the "show" like it is his/her own restaurant. We require a minimum of 2 years of restaurant general manager experience or at least 5 years of restaurant management experience in a fast-paced upscale environment. You must be a hands-on manager with a proven track record of managing successful teams.
