Job Essentials:
- Unload and unpack shipping trucks, boxes and packages.
- Examine shipments; reject damaged items, record shortage and overages,
- Distribute items to correct department.
- Handle incoming merchandise with efficiency to assure correct counts
- Assist Support Team by attaching identification and price tags
- Operate pallet jack and/or hand truck to move shipments between platforms, storage and work areas
- Perform shipping duties using corresponding software from different shipping companies.
- Maintain orderly appearance of personal work space and surrounding areas
- Ability to perform basic math; compute rate, ratio and percent; draw and interpret bar graphs
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers and other employees of the organization
- Demonstrates strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and problem solving skills
- Strong initiative and vision for continuous improvement while contributing to a positive team atmosphere
- Exercise judgment and tact and be able to effectively work with customers and co-workers at all levels within the organization when resolving problems that involve several concrete variables in standardized situations

Expert Experience:
High School Diploma, or General Education Degree(GED) is required. , 12 months of related data entry, receiving or shipping experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Activity:
Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
Heavy work – Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
