Travel and Leisure Co. is proud to announce our 2026 Summer Internship Program at our Corporate Office in Orlando, Florida. As a Resort Operations intern, you will support both Corporate and Field Resort Operations teams by assisting with cross-functional initiatives that strengthen operational consistency and performance. The intern will work closely with internal partners and external stakeholders to help evaluate, document, and establish procedures related to associate onboarding and liability risk reduction. This role also supports improved reporting and controls for resort purchasing compliance, helping ensure alignment with company standards. Through this work, the intern will gain exposure to enterprise-level operations while contributing to meaningful improvements across the resort portfolio.

In addition to the firsthand experience, the program features team projects, direct senior leadership exposure, and mentorship. We are committed to providing a comprehensive experience with real-world training. Our goal is to provide a quality internship while identifying future talent/leaders.

How You’ll Shine:

• The intern will support an associate onboarding project by evaluating current practices across Corporate and Field Resort Operations and helping develop more consistent, efficient procedures in partnership with key stakeholders.
• Assists in identifying opportunities to reduce liability claims by reviewing incident trends, supporting process improvements, and partnering with Corporate and Field teams to strengthen preventive practices.
• The role supports resort purchasing compliance by assisting with reporting, process reviews, and coordination with Corporate, Field Operations, and key partners to ensure adherence to established policies and controls.

What You’ll Bring:

• Currently enrolled in university and working toward a bachelor’s degree
• Strong analytical skills
• Process improvement mindset
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail, organizational and time management abilities
• Data analysis and reporting capability and cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to commit to the program beginning in May 2026 in Orlando Florida
• Work in the Orlando corporate office M,T,W and be remote TH,F
