We are seeking a curious and data-driven Marketing Analyst (Entry-Level) who’s excited to help us better understand our travelers and elevate how we connect with them. You’ll dig into consumer behavior, campaign performance, and market trends – turning raw data into strategic insights that unlock growth opportunities and inform data-driven marketing strategies across our brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze marketing performance across multiple channels (ex: landing pages, paid media, SEO, email, social, customer experience) to help identify growth opportunities
- Build and present findings through user-friendly dashboards and visual reports to surface insights across brands and campaigns
- Assist in the reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) across marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for marketing optimization
- Support customer segmentation efforts to inform personalization strategies
- Support A/B testing and conversion rate optimization initiatives
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends in the travel industry, and contribute to regular brand health and performance reviews
- Maintain data accuracy and help improve processes for data collection, measurement, and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and visualization tools (ex: Tableau)
- Familiarity with marketing platforms Meta Ads, email marketing tools (ex: Bloomreach), and attribution models
- Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Passion for travel and a drive to understand traveler behavior and market dynamics
