What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Maintenance Technician position at Traverse City Country Club?
Traverse City Country Club is looking for a well-rounded maintenance person who is a self-starter and can work unsupervised. Our Facility operates 7 days a week, which provides flexibility for this position. Facilities include main clubhouse, fitness room, pool complex and auxiliary buildings. Willingness to be hands-on and being a team player across all departments is a must.
Responsible for maintenance/repairs on facilities and equipment, helping with event set up/take down, periodic light cleaning and helping with special projects. Areas of responsibility include electrical, plumbing, HVAC systems, building equipment, security, communications, and other related areas. Related experience in facilities maintenance preferred. Excellent work environment. Position Reports to the Facilities Manager.
