Responsibilities

• Supervise the warehouse specialists to ensure that warehousing tasks are being performed properly.
• Performs a variety of warehousing duties which require an understanding of TAB's storage plan.
• Verifies materials and/or merchandise against receiving documents, noting and reporting discrepancies and obvious damages.
• Counts incoming stock for verification and after classification of the product.
• Routes materials to prescribed storage locations, storing, stacking, or palletizing materials in accordance with prescribed storage methods.
• Rearranges and takes inventory of stored materials.
• Examines stored materials and reports deterioration and damage.
• Removes material from storage racks and prepares it for shipment.
• May operate hand or power trucks in performing warehousing duties.
• Verifies that orders are accurately filled by comparing items and quantities of goods gathered for shipment against documents; ensuring that shipments are properly packaged, identified with shipping information, and loaded into transporting vehicles, and prepares and keeps records of goods shipped, e.g., manifests.

• Oversee Kitting team and operations to include, identifying equipment, verifying correct NSN's and quantities, ensure weekly, monthly kitting goals are met.
• Communicates key company and department policies, announcements, and general information to employees using a variety of methods, to include: 1-1's, Huddles, Staff Meetings, Paycom.
• Writes and delivers feedback from Quarterly Check-In's and annual Performance Reviews; ensures department attains on-time completion of all Check-Ins/Reviews
• Recognizes/rewards employees as appropriate.
• Complies with and assists other employees understand and comply with TAB's Safety and Security policies and guidelines.

Minimum Education and Experience

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• Certification in material handling equipment preferred

Physical Requirements

• Have strong dexterity capabilities to grasp, assemble, and manipulate objects.
• The ability to stand or sit for 7-8 hours a day.
• The ability to lift 10-25lbs items/products repeatedly.
• The ability to endure extreme temperatures in a warehouse setting.
• The ability to navigate safely in small or large areas/environment.
• Ability to bend, stoop, squat, adjust position for 40% of time
