What are the responsibilities and job description for the Implementation Specialist III position at TRC Companies, Inc.?
TRC is seeking an Implementation Specialist to support the management of a large demand response program in Oklahoma City and surrounding area. This position is responsible for helping facilitate program outreach, managing the enrollment process and customer support before, during and after demand response events. These efforts will be executed while communicating by phone and email with Trade Allies (TAs) and customers to seek additional information about enrollment, curtailment or post event analysis. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for communicating updates to relevant stakeholders at each phase, remove barriers as needed, and project manage each curtailment from advanced warning to end of season evaluation.
- Work with program staff to actively manage multiple projects through the entire lifecycle in various stages.
- Support customers and TAs in understanding, completing, and submitting required paperwork and relevant supporting documentation.
- Review incoming project submittals on a regular basis to determine eligibility and request missing information as needed.
- Provide outstanding customer service, utilizing excellent communication skills and positive attitude to work with detailed requests from customers, client staff, and internal team members.
- Daily utilization of a MS Dynamics CRM tracking system.
- Support marketing, business development, engineering, and other cross functional teams as needed through reporting, research, information follow-up, training, etc.
- Provide general program information to inquiries received through program inbox and call center with excellent written and verbal communication.
- Ensure all inquiries and incentive payments are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Facilitate lessons learned and process improvement meetings amongst the stakeholders to promote best practices and work through challenges as a team.
Qualifications
- Residency in Oklahoma City, OK or surrounding area
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Bachelors degree AND 5 years of applicable work experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office product suite

- Experience with processing complex projects as either a project coordinator or project manager.
- Self‐driven and a team player with established critical thinking, analytical, and problem‐solving skills.
- Strong teamwork skills that include highly effective communication in‐person, over email, and over the phone.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team and customers.
- Strong preference for candidates with professional working proficiency or higher in Spanish.
- Attention-to-detail to ensure project submittals meet the clients’ criteria for eligibility and completeness.
- Experience working with a CRM system to manage data and create reports.
- Ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously with demonstrated attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills including the ability to monitor and manage project progress.
- Ability to coordinate, schedule and conduct team meetings professionally.
- Ability read and monitor performance metrics to support program goals.
- Experience promoting process optimization and automation.
- Awareness and familiarity with Oklahoma demand side management landscape, related regulatory requirements, and key players.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.
Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
