Our Environmental Sector delivers comprehensive environmental solutions to meet the full project lifecycle needs of clients in renewable energy, oil - gas, transportation, and manufacturing industries. With one of the largest multimedia air and land permitting and compliance teams in the country, we support client success in manufacturing and industry, liquids delivery and processing, natural gas storage and delivery, power generation and delivery, and transportation projects.

Position Summary

TRC has an immediate opening for an experienced Project Manager with our Air Measurement Services (AMS) Practice in our Alachua, Florida office. TRC Companies, Inc. is a national engineering consulting firm that provides integrated services to the energy, environmental and infrastructure markets.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - TASKS

• Client management and development.
• Preparation of proposals, test protocols, - compliance reports.
• Successfully complete all required annual safety training.
• Manage project financial performance, including invoicing
• Manage client relationships and project execution
• Lead teams in the field
• Sample collection at facility emissions points that may require working at heights and outdoors in all weather conditions
• Data analysis and interpretation
  
  

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

• This position offers a significant amount of field work and travel up to 60% of the time. It may require some weekend work and extended travel. A current and valid passport is a plus.
• Potential candidates must be able to meet the following criteria:
• High attention to safety and quality.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Be able to lift and carry a 50 pound load.
• Be able to climb ladders.
• Be comfortable working at heights.
• Strong written and oral skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in a science or engineering discipline and a minimum of three years' experience as a source tester. Additionally, the potential candidate should have or be familiar with:
• QSTI certification in Groups I, II, - III.
• Proficiency with word, excel and adobe.
• EPA Methods 1 -- 5, 6C, 7E, 10, 25, - 25A.
• CEMS RATA's (40 CFR 60/75).
• Prior Client management and development experience is preferred.
• Preparation of proposals, test protocols, - compliance reports.

Compensation: Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
