What You'll Do:
-Diagnose and provide expert advice on tree and plant health care needs, aligning with industry standards.
-Develop and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service and professionalism. Proactively develop new potential client relationships in the community.
-Conduct daily visits to residential and commercial clients, assessing their arboricultural needs and offering scientific care recommendations.
-Prepare and deliver detailed proposals and estimates, utilizing advanced sales tools and technology.
-Ensure job completion to client satisfaction, working with the production team and addressing any changes in scope or client concerns.
-Foster positive community relations by giving talks and participating in local organizations.
-Meet and exceed personal sales goals and quotas, contributing to the growth and success of Tree Worx.

What You'll Need:
-Proven sales experience.
-ISA Certified Arborist OR the ability and want to become certified; TRAQ qualification is a plus.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
-Familiarity with sales processes, account management, and technology tools (e.g., Google Suite, CRM's).
-Ability to work well in a team, with a high motivation level and a thirst for knowledge.
-A clean driving record, reliable transportation, and a drug-free lifestyle.
