Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude and make them feel welcome.
- Present menus, make recommendations, and take orders accurately.
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on their needs and addressing any concerns.
- Provide knowledge and information about menu items, ingredients, and special dietary requirements.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining area, and server station.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Upsell and promote menu items and specials.
- More duties as required.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Able to carry or lift to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to work variety of shifts including morning, evening, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
- Active listening and effective communication skills.
- Previous serving experience is preferred.
