We're looking for passionate, skilled, and vibrant individuals to join us as Snowboard Instructors for the upcoming season who will be an integral part of our guest experience, providing quality instruction and guidance to skiers of all levels. You'll have the opportunity to share your passion while ensuring a safe, enjoyable, and educational environment for our guests.
Responsibilities:

Conduct lessons for individuals and groups of varying ages and skill levels.

Create and execute lesson plans tailored to the specific needs of each group or individual.

Ensure the safety of all participants while on the slopes, adhering to resort and industry safety standards.

Provide excellent customer service, offering a positive and memorable experience for all guests.

Continuously assess and adjust teaching methods to meet the learning styles of participants.

Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of ski equipment and instructional areas.

Other duties as needed.
Requirements:

Must be at least at least 18 years of age and reliable transportation.

Demonstrated ability and experience with snowboarding.

Able to work full time hours, including weekends and holidays.

PSIA certified or strong desire to be certified (Reimbursement available for membership of PSIA/AASI).
