Retail Sales Associate / Product Specialist- CBD

We're looking for passionate and people-focused individuals to join our teams in the Holly Springs, Apex, Raleigh & Wake Forest store locations. We offer flexible schedules, generous wages and discounts. Store hours of operations are Monday - Saturday 10 am to 7pm.

What You'll Do :

• Meet customers on the sales floor and provide a welcoming, informative experience
• Understand and communicate product benefits confidently
• Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs and questions
• Ensure accurate and efficient point-of-sale transactions
• Maintain store appearances, organization and cleanliness
• Restock, organize and merchandise products
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately
• Maintain & communicate store inventory & restocking needs
• Maintain product knowledge & offerings
• Work collaboratively with your team to meet store goals

Qualifications :

• Passion for customer service and wellness
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles
• Retail or hospitality experience preferred (CBD/Hemp experience a plus, but not required)
• Must be 21 years old
• College degree preferred
• Friendly, empathetic and confident demeanor
• Ability to learn and explain product information clearly
• Willing to work Saturdays
• Eager to learn about wellness and CBD/Hemp products

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 27 – 45 per week
