Tasks And Responsibilities
- Partner with customers to understand their technical needs and provide solutions with guidance
- Support preliminary design reviews for new business opportunities
- Support critical design reviews for new product development
- Create and maintain engineering documentation (models, drawings, and procedures)
- Process engineering change requests internally and externally
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction (e.g., R&D, manufacturing, sales)
- Partner with 3rd party suppliers as needed to support product gaps
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or other technical discipline
- 1 year of experience in an engineering role, preferably in a customer-facing role
- 1 year experience with CAD and engineering software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, or NX)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
- Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
- Ability to self-manage and successfully work without supervision
- Ability to handle and prioritize dynamic workload
- Strong oral and written communication
- Excellent organizational skills
- 40% domestic and international
