What You’ll Do:
Seek out and establish new business opportunities by engaging with current customers, reactivating dormant accounts, and actively targeting potential clients within the industry to drive growth.
Use platforms like Dodge and ConstructConnect to research and track construction projects requiring trench safety solutions.
Learn to review and interpret construction plans and specifications to identify opportunities and prepare competitive bids.
Develop expertise in trench safety products and services, becoming a trusted advisor to contractors, project managers, and field personnel.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to work independently
Interest in construction, engineering, or safety solutions
Willingness to learn technical concepts and sales strategies
Familiarity with or willingness to learn tools like Dodge and ConstructConnect
