ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As an Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Trent Thompson, you will be working for a Top Rated State Farm Agent in Minnesota! We successfully market the insurance and financial products that manage everyday risks.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
Work with the agent and team members to meet individual and team sales goals
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services
Be open to feedback from team members, manager, and agent to grow your sales skills
QUALIFICATIONS :
Bachelor's degree
Excellent customer service skills
Sales experience preferred
Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
Able to obtain a Life and Health License
Able to achieve mutually agreed upon marketing goals
Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs
