Summary: The Custodian under supervision will perform quality custodial services
Qualifications:
Education: High School
Licenses/Certification: Valid New Mexico Driver’s License.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
A: Job Specific:
- Clean restrooms, sweep, and wet mop all tile floors
- Clean entrance ways windows (interior and exterior) and building windows, clean office glass as needed.
- Empty trash and replace liner in all trash cans
- Perform high dusting monthly to include all window blinds, dust all areas as needed.
- Replace all paper and soap products in restrooms, replace deodorizers and batteries as needed.
- Vacuum all carpet areas.
- All other cleaning duties as assigned.
- Accept and implement special projects as assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English language.
- Must meet Ability One requirements.
- Individual must possess willingness to learn and successfully perform tasks related to custodian positions
Rate of Pay: $15.00 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday
