TreviPay is searching for a driven marketing automation specialist to join our team. We need a collaborative team player in this hands-on role to drive excellence in our established demand generation engine. If implementing email marketing campaigns and tracking them to sales opportunities is your thing, we need to talk.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of compelling, end-to-end marketing campaigns to create demand for new business
- Build and maintain complex email campaigns including advanced nurture builds and one-time sends to drive engagement and conversions
- Daily development and maintenance of emails, forms, reports, and other related infrastructure to support campaigns
- Conduct ongoing A/B testing related to subject lines, email copy, layouts and CTAs that drive conversion improvements
- Support list creation, monitor marketing automation database hygiene and manage list uploads
- Ensure pages and templates are properly set-up and tagged for reporting and traceability
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand customer data to optimize customer segmentation and outcomes
- Conduct ongoing efforts to improve our sender scores and deliverability rates
- Analyze the success of past campaigns and use data to make recommendations for improvement
- Identify opportunities to mature the use of Marketo such as personalization, audience segmentation, scoring and more
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in marketing campaigns and lead generation
- Must be measurement-focused and results-driven across the full spectrum of campaign activities
- Experience conducting A/B testing and experimenting to suggest the best course of action
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Eager, enthusiastic team-player
- Outstanding skills using systems such as MS Word, Excel, Google Analytics, Marketo, and Salesforce
- A desire to solve problems on your own and within a team setting, along with a desire to learn from others and ask questions when needed
- Project and time management skills
