What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Supervisor position at TRI-CAP?
This position is responsible for the following at both the Jasper and Petersburg locations :
- Coordinating daily operations in accordance with Indiana State Licensing Requirements, Paths to Quality rating system, and Head Start Program Performance Standards,
- Supervising education staff,
- Overseeing the completion of required paperwork for volunteers and maintains files,
- Working collaboratively with Education Manager to integrate current theory and best practices into the children's program, and
- Working directly with members of the management team on program planning and decision-making processes.
