Description
JOB FUNCTION: Process and schedule clients lead-based paint hazard audits and perform routine office tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Process clients placing information in system and determining income eligibility
- Coordinate with Program Manager and Program Coordinator in scheduling all appointments with contractors
- Coordinate and attend outreach events
- Assist Program Coordinator in relocation of households when necessary
- Assist Program Coordinator in scheduling moderate levels of repair when necessary
- Assist Program Coordinator in maintaining client waiting list
- Answer incoming phone calls; processing reports and other documents, when necessary; basic filing;
- Attend required conferences and training sessions.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or GED
- Intermediate computer skills
